after booking an apartment with this company we were appauled at the way we were treated from the outset we arrived late at night to be directed into the garage area and catch the lift to the upper floor the apartment to be fair was clean and tidy and as we would expect although the air conditioning was an extra charge as with the wifi although non of these were working or did do for our duration an engineer was called for the air con who advised us that it had been inoperative for weeks?the worst part was when we received an email stating that the children in our partyaged 11 & 13 had been seen causing damage to walls within the complex to which i challenged and asked for cctv or photo evidence to which they could not provide and the fact that one of the staff had there partner matthew sat there for support( a local builder ) convenient they clearly new i would be calling in to discuss the matter as a result they agreed to forget it and return our damage deposit, 2 weeks later the other point was that we accidently locked the keys in the apartment to which we were charged 50 euros in cash only with no reciept given to unlock the door still awaiting. even danielle in the office said to us maybe the other residents are getting fed up with people letting their places out .i would definatly NOT recommend this company for future lettingsCROOKS
We booked the Penthouse at La Cala Finestrat mostly because it boasted a hot tub on the roof terrace. Oh how we were disappointed!! When we were shown round the apartment on the day of arrival we noted that the 'hot' tub was in fact a very cold tub. We pointed this out to the PMR lady who said that Danielle, who managed the holiday lets would be in touch. Danielle telephoned us on the same day to suggest that we run the hot tub and see if that made any difference. The next day it was just as cold. We reported it to PMR who sent out a maintenance man and assured us that the hot tub was indeed going to be hot. It wasn't. We telephoned PMR again on the Tuesday to be informed that they couldn't get anyone there until the following day, Wednesday. Wednesday came and so did the maintenance man in the late morning who informed us that it was broken!! We decided to brave the cold water only to find when we removed the cover properly the hot tub was very dirty as shown in the pictures and not somewhere either of us wanted to sit. These pictures where sent to PMR at their request but received no acknowledgment of the email. During a telephone conversation on the same day we warned them that we would be looking for some sort of refund as we had paid for a hot tub facility. PMR's response was that as it had been working all summer it was not, apparently, their fault/responsibility that it was not working now. This was on the 13th of September. It is now the 3rd of October and have had to make yet another telephone call too them to ask for an update. They have offered us 10% discount on a future holiday with them and dismissed any actual refund. We would never book a future holiday with them based on this level of service and response. God forbid you had any seriously major issue with any of their properties!!
